Project Awarded- UPMC Whitfield

Walsh & Sheehan Ltd are delighted to announce that we will now be working alongside Clancy Construction on the UPMC Whitfield Project.

This project is based in a Live Private Hospital environment, and is an 18 bed ward fit out where our team will be looking after the Mechanical & Ventilation works.

”UPMC Whitfield Hospital has over 50 expert consultants working across a range of specialties including Cardiology; Orthopaedics; Ophthalmology; Oncology/Haematology, Radiology, Ear, Nose and Throat; Gynaecology; Urology and General Surgery. Our team consists of 180 dedicated medical, nursing and administration staff to ensure the 70-bed hospital offers patients the right care, in the right way, at the right time – in a first-class facility that is close to home.”

The main focus of the company has always been excellence in service. Operating on a national basis, we pride ourselves on the positive ongoing continuous relationships we have created with all our customers, project managers, consultants, architects and quantity surveyors.

The core focus for everyone within the Walsh & Sheehan team from the Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, Accountants, Administrators, Plumbers, Welders, Pipefitters, Skilled Laborers, Engineers and Apprentices alike is to provide an excellent service to Clancy Construction when completing this project.

Our team always take pride in their work, and we are thrilled to be a part of this project as well as contributing to a development in Waterford City.
