Project Progression- Ferrybank Primary Care Centre
The team at Walsh & Sheehan Ltd and Frescold Services have the mechanical and ventilation installation well underway at the Ferrybank Primary care centre in Waterford.
Monami are the main contractors on this site, and we are grateful for the opportunity to work alongside them again. The main focus of the company has always been excellence in service. Operating on a national basis, we pride ourselves on the positive ongoing continuous relationships we have created with all our customers, project managers, consultants, architects and quantity surveyors.
The Ferrybank project will consist of the following:
- Extensive groundworks
- Extensive Substructure & Concrete Foundation works
- Full New Build Construction of a Primary Care Unit
- Full Mechanical, Electrical & Lift Services installations
- Landscaping and ancillary site works including car parks, roadways, pathways & site lighting
The core focus for everyone within the Walsh & Sheehan team from the Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, Accountants, Administrators, Plumbers, Welders, Pipefitters, Skilled Laborers, Engineers and Apprentices alike is to provide an excellent service to Monami Construction when completing this project.
