Ferrybank, Waterford- Primary Care Centre- Mechanical Services Project
Walsh & Sheehan Mechanical Services are proudly collaborating with Moami Construction on the construction of the Ferrybank, Waterford Primary Care Centre.
Walsh and Sheehan meet the standards to service all the large mechanical projects, as well as all forms of domestic developments and we are thrilled that the main contractors Monami Construction have appointed us as the Mechanical Services team on this project.
As per the team at Wejchert Architects- The aim of this development in Ferrybank, Waterford is to create a consistently high quality health and social care service that everyone can access easily and provide services as a single integrated system focused on individuals, families, communities and the health of the population as a whole.
The services to be offered from the building include: Customer Services Area, General Practice Services, Public Health Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Social Work Speech and Language Therapy, Mental Health, Community Welfare Dental Services. The building will also provide: office accommodation for administrative staff, conferencing and meeting facilities as well as staff rest and welfare areas.
The overall project will consist of the following:
- Extensive groundworks (Green Field Site)
- Extensive Substructure & Concrete Foundation works
- Full New Build Construction of a Primary Care Unit
- Full Mechanical, Electrical & Lift Services installations
- Landscaping and ancillary site works including car parks, roadways, pathways & site lighting
The core focus for everyone within the Walsh & Sheehan team from the Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, Accountants, Administrators, Plumbers, Welders, Pipefitters, Skilled Laborers, Engineers and Apprentices alike is to provide an excellent service to Monami Construction when completing this project.
