Nursing Homes Contract

Walsh & Sheehan Ltd are proud to announce that we have won 3 contracts for the brand new nursing homes that will be serving the community of Tramore, and Kilbarry in Waterford.

We are thrilled to be working with both David Flynn Ltd. and Whitebox Property Group on these projects, where our team will be providing the Mechanical supply and installation in these nursing homes  .

The Kilbarry care home will be in Carrigea Crescent which is part of Waterford’s new inclusive, community-focused urban village. This home will comprise of 90 ensuite bedrooms.

The Tramore care home will comprise of a 92-bed home, located on the old golf club grounds.

The Kilkenny care home will be situated on the Golf Links Road and will include a total of 90 ensuite bedrooms for its elderly residents.

These nursing homes will be ran by Mowlam Healthcare Services and they have been designed by Fewer Harrington & Partners CSD Engineering Limited, GARLAND @Robert Fox, Carron + Walsh

 

The core focus for everyone within the Walsh & Sheehan team from the Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, Accountants, Administrators, Plumbers, Welders, Pipefitters, Skilled Laborers, Engineers and Apprentices alike is to provide an excellent service to David Flynn Ltd  when completing this project.
Our team always take pride in their work, and we are thrilled to be a part of this project as well as contributing to the development of Co. Wexford.
