Our Mechanical Services team looked after the supply and installation of mechanical services throughout this project which saw the transformation of the old Stella Maris Secondary School Building, which had been lying idle for a number of years, into a new and upgraded modern teaching facility for Educate Together.
”It has taken an intense 16 week period of refurbishment works to transform this decommissioned 1970’s Stella Maris Secondary School Building, lying idle for a number of years, into a new and upgraded modern teaching facility for our Clients in Educate Together. Works were led by TOBC’s Pat, Alan and Joe. We would like to extend our appreciation to the Design Team of C.J. Falconer & Associates, Architects., Hayes Higgins Partnership, MacMinn O’Reilly Mahon, and GSP Fire Consultants for their collaboration on this project. It is important to acknowledge our team of trusted subcontractors for their efforts in ensuring the quick turnaround on this project. We have a strong reputation in the Educational field and School Buildings in particular so it should come as no surprise that our current workload has a high Educational element and this is reflected in our continuing strong relationship with the Dept of Ed. and their panel of Architects and Design teams.
