Social Housing in Roxborough, Co. Wexford
Walsh & Sheehan Mechanical Services team are collaborating with David Flynn Ltd on this Social Housing development in Wexford. These homes are being constructed under the ‘Rebuilding Ireland’ Scheme with Tuath Housing.
Information on the purpose is as follows: ”Tuath Housing was established and registered in 2000, awarded Voluntary Housing Status by the Department of the Environment and is a member of the Irish Council for Social Housing.
We aim to meet a wide variety of housing needs in Ireland with experience and commitment, providing accommodation for single people, families and those with special needs.”
The accommodation provided by Tuath Housing is made up of a wide range of dwelling types including sheltered flats and apartments, family and supported housing.
The resulting Roxborough Co. Wexford-based social housing development which has been handed over to Tuath Housing comprises a total of 64 houses and 9 apartments.
The core focus for everyone within the Walsh & Sheehan team from the Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, Accountants, Administrators, Plumbers, Welders, Pipefitters, Skilled Laborers, Engineers and Apprentices alike is to provide an excellent service to David Flynn Ltd when completing this project.
