Project-St Patricks, Waterford- Plant Room
Walsh & Sheehan Ltd were delighted to once again work alongside JJ Rhatigan & Company on the Health Service Executive St. Patricks Hospital Project in Waterford.
This project in St Patricks, Waterford includes 100 en-suite single bedrooms, a production kitchen and patient and staff facilities. The development also involved the internal and external refurbishment of the mortuary chapel- a protected structure – to form a new main entrance and foyer for the hospital and new unit.
Our team looked after the Mechanical Installation which included the creation and installation of a functional Plant Room.
The plant room is a dedicated space containing the equipment required to provide or supply building services such as; ventilation, electrical distribution, water and so on.
The size of a plant room is proportional to the size and type of building.
The main focus of the company has always been excellence in service. Operating on a national basis, we pride ourselves on the positive ongoing continuous relationships we have created with all our customers, project managers, consultants, architects and quantity surveyors.
