Walsh & Sheehan Investments Project
Walsh & Sheehan Investments are proud to have delivered another successful project to Waterford City & County Council under the Repair & Lease Scheme. This video emphasises what can be achieved with an old derelict building, which has been vacant and purposeless for several years.
A version of this video was shared previously, where we showcased the newly renovated building however, the video below also exhibits the building before the repairs had begun, which reveals the true scale of the works completed.
We want to thank all parties involved, Des Hennessy Building Contractors who looked after the Construction of this project, Walsh & Sheehan Ltd team who looked after the M&E Installation, Barry Murphy Auctioneers for their support in brokering all the elements of the project, Senator John Cummins who’s involvement throughout the whole project was instrumental and Waterford City & County Council who have offered us continued support on all our projects to date.
