What a great video shared by Whitebox Group showcasing Waterford as a great place to live, as well as featuring Carrigea Crescent, the residential development that we were involved in.
Carrigea Crescent features 69 residential units wrapped around a central open space, this stunning new addition to Kilbarry, Waterford consists of 2 and 3 bedroom family homes and 1 and 2 bedroom apartments for the elderly or special needs.
”The recently completed homes are all designed to enhance the sense of place and community and will be supported by a 90 Bed Nursing Home, medical centre, creche and standalone coffee shop. This community hub forms the first phase of a much wider ‘new urban village’ for Waterford that will deliver over a thousand new homes along with a new secondary school. The new urban village will seamlessly connect to the many existing communities and established recreational facilities in the area – for example, the Kilbarry Nature Park and Kingfisher leisure centre. The development adjoins Waterford’s outer ring road, providing excellent connectivity to all major locations in the city and the wider area.”
